Prague is a musical city. There are a lot of theatres, opera houses. Mozart lived and composed operas here. Czechs are very proud that Mozart choose to live in Prague and compose his music, they honour him daily. We went to the biggest concert hall for the "Prague Proms 2007" with the Czech National Symph
ony Orchestra in the Prague's most exuberant art nouveau palace - the splendid Municipal House while the facade is amazing enough, festooned with sculpted allegorical figures, stucco medallions and a wonderful mosaic lunette. Its a cultural thing to do. It was amazing. We are leaving Prague tomorrow more cultured. 
If you have plan to go to Europe I would recommend you to go to Prague. It is an amazing city with something for everyone.
