Venice and Verona

On the way to Verona in Italy along to way we decided to have another look at Venice such a unique city and beautiful weather at our second look we appreciated it so much more and we were familiar with the surroundings such a pretty place the whole city is so old and so well preserved all on stilts we were there about 4 hours then of to Verona arrived approximately 9.30 then of to the apartment shower then our first look at Verona. Verona's historical square was only 200 metres from the apartment so there first there in its square is an Arena its the biggest open air theatre in the world and very old. We were excited to see the complex for we had bought tickets in Australia 4 months prior to see the opera Aida by Verdi, the arena can hold 25,000 people, such a good visual, then of to a restaurant in the square such a beautiful and relaxing area then of to bed by the time we finished dinner it was after midnight good arrival.
